Coral Gate Condominium Association was established in 1979 and is located in the city of Margate, FL. We are a 55+ private community located on 46 acres of land. There are 12 buildings surround a large lake, including a total of 468 units, each with a lake view.

Additionally, there are three resort style pools and three clubhouses located within our community. Our social activities committee (Cogent) offer numerous special events and entertainment for the residents. Coral Gate is located next to the city of Margate park with tennis, basketball courts, and other activities.
